1. Order your stationery.
2. You will receive the first digital proof via email within 2-3 business days. There are up to two free rounds of revisions with your order to ensure everything looks perfect.
3. Once approved we set up your stationery for print and follow up with shipping details once we have it.
We know that timing is everything when it comes to your stationery order. See the chart below for turnaround time (timings are in business days, they do not include weekends).
Quick tip: provide wording that has been spell checked as well as double-checked before supplying to us. This will help speed up the approval process and likely speed up your order! Additional proof rounds will affect the delivery date. Once clients have surpassed their 3rd round of free revisions additional fees of $35 per round of changes will be charged to client.
Once you have approved your order, your order will be prepped for print. Your order will be sent to print and will be processed the next business day. Printing times are roughly 2 business days. 3 business days if ordering inserted envelope liners. Add 3 business days for foil orders. Shipping time is extra.
Shipping within the US is provided by FedEx – we love that they deliver on Saturdays!

We offer two ‘RUSH’ options. You may choose both or one of these options. We also offer express shipping options.
'Rush my proof’ option is $75 and this rushes your proofs to one business day and helps speed up your overall order process.
‘Rush my print’ option, for an additional $50 your order will be processed to print in one day from the 2-3 day process.
Need it faster? We also have a 2 day express or overnight option for US residents.
Residents in the 1-2 day shipping zone do not need to ‘express’ their order. The only option there is to select ‘overnight’. Please check which zone applies to your order.
Expect communication from us within our business hours which are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, U.S. Eastern Standard Time. We will be closed weekends and US holidays. We may close for vacation, if this is the case a notice in our shop will be posted with opening/ closing times and processing times.
