International Clients

International clients all of our pricing would remain the same as you see on our website and in US$. As of now, our website will not take an order from outside the US due to the complexity shipping that international orders have. We ask that our International clients contact us directly and we can let you know timings and shipping rates/options. We will then set up your order outside of our site via paypal.

Canadian Clients

Orders to Canada! We are happy to announce that CPco has partnered with an amazing Canadian printer located (in my hometown) of Toronto!  All of our pricing would remain the same as you see on our website and in US$. Our website currently not take an order from outside the US. Please reach out to us to set up your order via paypal. Here's the best part for our Canadian clients, the benefit of ordering with us is that our CDN printer can print your order quickly, with the same materials and quality that we source here in the US, ship from within Canada - saving you money on shipping, eliminating any potential custom fees and taxes. Plus, no package hold ups with customs. Printing with our Canadian printer will be roughly the same turnaround time as we currently offer our US clients.

Order a sample

We highly recommend you order a sample. Why? Your invitations are the first impression your guests get to see of your wedding day. You want to be proud with what you've selected and you want to ensure your invitation investment should reflect that. It's good to see and feel the print and paper before committing to ordering your invitations for such an important day. It will omit any surprises. To order a sample please email us using this link and we can set up an invoice for your sample order. We just need to know the name of the suite you'd like a sample of.

All the items are a la carte, which means that you can select anything from just the invitation and the envelope. You can totally dress up your invitation with items such as envelope liners, wrap bands, guest addressing, save the dates, and all the enclosures and RSVPs that you may need. Or you are only looking for reception pieces like programs, menus, place cards? It's all up to you and your budget. We try our best to cater to you and your individual needs.

 Ordering Process:

1 | Find the design that suits your day/ theme/ flower/ color/ fonts / style

2 | Use our drop down menu to select quantities and you'll see the pricing and options that are associated with that item. Remember to add any items available  with certain items. For instance, Wrapbands, Addressing, Liners are available with the invitation option.

3 | Please email us the details of your order, wording and information over that you would like to order and we will set up your order via paypal. Email us using this link

4 | Once your order is placed it typically takes 2 business days for us to turn your order into proofs. As long as we have all the details and wording we can start the proof process.

5 | Upon receiving your proofs (which are digital and via email, this is why we encourage ordering a sample), we tend to have 1-2 more rounds of changes. Typically these are the timings that we experience. This is our typical processing guide.

6 | Once we have all the elements approved we send your order to print which takes around 3-5 business days and then we ship it in the manner that was agreed to according to your order. For Canadian clients your order will be printed in Canada and will be shipped our standard Ground shipping via FedEx within Canada. Let us know if you need a more expedited method as an option. Once we have tracking we will send you your tracking details.

Where in the world is my order? Literally!

We are required to put the value of purchased products on the customs forms for USPS and FedEx International packages. This is a requirement. Every country has a different value added tax code and customs charges. It is impossible for us to track these charges and to calculate them before we ship the package. You may want to research restrictions and taxes for your country before you order. For example, many countries have a value threshold. For example they will charge one rate for packages under $50 and a higher rate for packages over $50. If you know these rate charges you may want to break up your order so everything is not shipped in one package. Customs also has the right to open and inspect any package. They can also hold the package and request tax and custom fees. The pricing we quote is purely for the shipping, we do not cover any further fees that you may incur.

Timing and Distance

Your order will depart from our Tampa, FL based office and will go via Miami to be shipped out Internationally. This process can take 2-3 days for your order to clear. Most orders take 7-10 business days but some arrive earlier or later. Please leave ample time to receive your order within a good time frame.

Your package has still not arrived!

It does not happen often but sometimes a package just does not arrive within the estimated 2 week window. There can be a lot of reasons the package is 'lost'. It could have been misplaced, sent to the wrong post office, at your neighbors address, dropped behind the counter or is still in your mail room. The first step is to check the online USPSTracking or the FedEx onlinetracking. Both sites have links and information on what to do if your package has not been delivered. Your first step is to personally contact your local post office/delivery service to see if they have any information be sure to have your Tracking details handy. They may have more details about your package then what is stated on the online tracking website. This way, you can find out immediately more details about the package whereabouts and perhaps expedite it over the phone or personal conversation.

WE recommend that you...
To avoid any issues please provide the correct and current shipping address. If you experienced any issues with deliveries in the past, not receiving packages due to having a remote location or being unavailable to intercept packages on a regular basis, you may want to opt to have your package shipped to an office, or to an address that is more reliable or to someone you know will be home to ensure that your order has been received. Once an order is shipped we cannot have the address changed.
