Shipping + Order Process

1. Order your stationery.

2. You will receive the first digital proof via email within 2-3 business days. There are up to two free rounds of revisions with your order to ensure everything looks perfect. 

3. Once approved we set up your stationery for print and follow up with shipping details once we have it. 

We know that timing is everything when it comes to your stationery order. See the chart below for turnaround time (timings are in business days, they do not include weekends).

Quick tip: provide wording that has been spell checked as well as double-checked before supplying to us. This will help speed up the approval process and likely speed up your order! Additional proof rounds will affect the delivery date. Once clients have surpassed their 3rd round of free revisions additional fees of $35 per round of changes will be charged to client.

Printing Times

Once you have approved your order, your order will be prepped for print. Your order will be sent to print and will be processed the next business day. Printing times are roughly 2 business days. 3 business days if ordering inserted envelope liners. Add 2-3 weeks for foil/ letterpress orders. Shipping time is extra.

Shipping

  • We cannot ship to a PO Box.

  • Shipping within the US is provided by FedEx – we love that they deliver on Saturdays! FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Shipping times may vary for orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.

  • We do not ship with a signature required, but when it comes time to deliver, requiring a signature is at the delivery driver's discretion.

  • Shipping business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Shipping business days exclude New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Want your order faster?

We offer two ‘RUSH’ options. Please get in touch to see if we can rush your order for the processing fees listed below:

'Rush my proof’ option is $75 and this rushes your proofs to one business day and helps speed up your overall order process.

‘Rush my print’ option, for an additional $50 your order will be processed to print in one day from the 2-3 day process.

Need it faster? We also have a 2 day express or overnight option for US residents. Pricing available at checkout.

Residents in the 1-2 day shipping zone do not need to ‘express’ their order. The only option there is to select ‘overnight’. Please check which zone applies to your order. However 1-2 express or overnight are guaranteed. Ground shipping is not.

Expect communication from us within our business hours which are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, U.S. Eastern Standard Time. We will be closed weekends and US holidays. We may close for vacation, if this is the case a notice in our shop will be posted with opening/ closing times and processing times.

International Orders

International clients can contact us to see if we can ship to their destination. We ship to most countries in Europe/EU, Canada and Australia. Reach out to us if you are not in these zones to find out where can ship to.
